Aaaaaaannnndddd we’re back????… 661x1 @ getting the rust off 595 4x4(first and last set) @ finding a nice rhythm Been on a weight loss journey recently after all my time off but friends and family finally convinced me to run it back and see how it goes ????‍♂️. Gonna be training a lot smarter this time around tho so hopefully stay on track in the BW department as well ????. Well nowhere near where I used to be but hopefully I can put up something solid for where I am now after this block.????

One more collegiate nationals recap: • Sq:430kg/948lbs. B:222.5kg/491lbs. D:322.5kg/711lbs. 8/9 with a 975kg total • Really happy with my last meet as a warrior with pr’s on pretty much everything. I’m overall happy with my performance even despite a missed third bench off of a lockout call ????‍♂️. All in all it was a really fun meet and I enjoyed the whole experience of this meet. 4x collegiate nats champ and 4x team titles in my career is a pretty solid resume if you ask me ????‍♂️???? couldn’t have asked for a better experience and team to do it with. • Well there are so many sappy things I can say about lifting for midland these last 4 years but I’m just thankful for all the awesome people I’ve met over these years, truly friends I’ll hold onto for a lifetime. I can’t wait to see the next steps in everyone’s lives and all the exciting stuff yet to come from @midlanduniversitypowerlifting ???????? and all the amazing lifters with time to grow. Never stop the progress ????????.

805 for an awkward single???? 705 for some 4’s breaking my belt back in????‍♂️ • Don’t really have a plan rn so kinda just winged this going into today and still ended up alright I guess ????‍♂️. Putting the belt on today felt way more foreign than I anticipated so my top single looks super awkward despite it feeling really easy as far as the weight and actual squat goes ???? I think my body still wanted to pause it so it’ll take sometime to get used to that again as well lol. • As always @pr_breaker kept me in the game today with some bomb preworkout despite my lack of focus ????‍♂️????????

Meet recap thing: Sq:420kg/925lbs. Wanted more but second moved too slow to warrant the jump I wanted will fix and make my way to 455kg ???? B:230kg/507lbs. Finally broke 500 so really excited about it can’t wait to bench big again ???? DL: 310kg/683lbs. We’ll still no consistency on dead’s even though they moved decent through prep so kinda bummed but got a nice long deload to fix it. Total: 960kg/2113 Lbs. one step closer to that 1000kg total and excited to get back to work for it ???????? • @pr_breaker really helped me bring the hype with some awesome preworkout and other supps so hit them up for that good stuff ???????????? #prbreaker

Been in PR territory for awhile now for these pause squats and they are still moving rather well so don’t know when I’m going to stop either ????‍♂️. 475x3 425 3x6 (not represented ????‍♂️) Finally got around to my bench feeling pretty nice and excited to actually try and peak my bench soon as well.
