Standout projects making waves around the web

maybe that soft, quiet gut feeling is the sign you’ve been waiting for. ✨❤️ #trustyourgut #kindcomments

My 2025 - “yes, but” style. I’ve posted this on my Hungarian account, but I thought it was time to give an update here, too (after more than 3 years of silence ????). Happy 2026, friends! ❤️

I just wanted to tell my Melbournian friends that I’LL BE IN TOWN IN 3 DAYS!!! ???? It’s been almost 5 years since the last time I visited. I’m nervous and excited all at once but can’t wait to spend holidays in my favourite city, hopefully catching up with friends and hanging out at the beach (maybe both at the same time). If you have a spare seat at your Christmas dinner table on the 25th or 26th and don’t mind me joining (in return for some Hungarian treats and my entertaining accent), slide into my dms. ❤️ See you soon, Melbourne! ???? #melbourne #melbourneiloveyou

Reminder. ✨ #kindcomments

TL;DR: this is a timely note-to-self (literally). ❤️ // One thing I really like about my kind-note-writing-habit is that I randomly find notes in all kinds of places - just like this. ???? And I’m so glad I found one the other day - it couldn’t be more relevant. I tend to be super hard on myself when it comes to postponing things, not doing all that I have planned (for the day, week, year, it doesn’t matter), not living up to my own expectations. And I have to remind myself constantly that it’s okay not to be able to do it all. Especially at once. It’s okay not to reply to every single message and e-mail right away, it’s okay to watch series after a hard day at work, it’s okay if you’re not able to help everyone all the time, it’s okay if you don’t read all the books you wanted, it’s okay not to post for weeks... Some people can be so good at being kind to others but forget to be kind to themselves. Although (let’s be brutally honest) sometimes I find to struggle with both, I always tend to be harder on myself - especially in quarantine, where I mostly hang out, talk to, fight with myself. ???? So yeah. Let’s be kinder. To others and to ourselves. I hope this can be a timely reminder for someone else too! ❤️ #kindcomments #notetoself #kindnotes

⁣ I joined @instagram 7 years ago - not long before I packed up my life in a small luggage and moved to London spontaneously. That’s where I started using this app as a personal diary, sharing my thoughts, my spiritual journey alongside little sketches. ⁣???? ⁣ This app changed my life. It connected me with the most incredible people - many of them have become some of my dearest friends. It helped me find creative communities in London, in Glasgow, in Melbourne, in the States, literally wherever I travelled. It helped me connect globally with incredible creatives and brands, it helped me reach some crazy dreams, like travelling to Kenya, having an exhibition in LA, finding a home or a job in Australia, or simply crashing on an Instagram-friend’s couch on the other side of the world when I had nowhere else to go (this happened a few times and I’m so thankful for those friends that trusted me even before meeting me IRL). ❤️⁣ ⁣ I never want to forget why I’ve always loved this app: to create and connect. It has never been about the number of followers, about getting on the good old suggested user list, about working with brands - but about finding creative common grounds with people from all around the world, about being a part of a global online community (that turns into offline friendships and collaborations), about creating, learning, growing, using our voices together. ⁣ ⁣ This app changed my life. And I believe it still has that power if we use it right. If it can change people then it can change communities - and ultimately the world. So let’s keep creating, pushing our boundaries, connecting, standing up for things that matter. ❤️⁣ #7years #instagram #anniversary #creativityovercompetition #kindcomments

One of my favourite quotes that I’m not sure where I’ve heard (probably from @stevenfurtick) but that I 100% believe is true. ❤️ I wrote it on a piece of paper 3 years ago, carried it around for a while and finally put it up on my wall recently to see it every day. Now it’s digitalised. #quarantinequotes

I’ve been thinking a lot about whether I should post about #BlackLivesMatter or not. Do I have the right to speak up even though I’ve been making so many mistakes in the past regarding this? Do I have the right to speak up even though I’ll never be able to fully comprehend the weight of it? Do I have the right to speak up even though just a few days ago I thought that making a few GIFs supporting this cause is as far as I’ll go? Do I have the right to speak up with my lack of knowledge? . I spent most of yesterday and today reading & talking about it, digging deep, self-reflecting, thinking, getting emotional, sad, angry, to the point of not being able to stay silent. This is not about me, not about my lack of knowledge, not about my feelings, not about a freaking Instagram post, not about joining a hashtag. This is about using our voices, standing up for something that HAS TO change, showing support, taking action - and inspiring others to do the same. Because staying silent is the worst thing we can do - it actually speaks volumes. Posting & talking about it is a start. And then there’s so much work to do. . I want to say thank you to everyone who’s been sharing resources, advices, artworks, lists of books to read, organisations to support - I’ve found them to be super helpful. I also want to say thank you to all my friends who’ve been fearlessly sharing their own stories. ???? I still don’t know all the right words to say, but I refuse to say nothing and do nothing. I must do better. We must do better. #justiceforGeorgeFloyd #DesmondTutu #kindcomments

“give, and it will be given to you” // I find that this works just like gravity, like a law of nature: when you put others’ needs in front of yours, somehow your needs will be met too. It’s incredible - especially to see this happen in the hard times. We really do rise by lifting others. ❤️ (Also, I really miss our Berlin adventure and our incredibly comfy room in @meininger_hotels ???? Can’t believe that today is my 38th day in quarantine.) #notetoself
