All users—both influencers and brands—must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms or engaging in suspicious or fraudulent behavior.
Before starting any campaign, both parties must agree on deliverables, deadlines, content usage rights, and payment terms through the platform. Influencers are expected to produce authentic, original content and deliver it as agreed. Brands are responsible for reviewing and approving work in a timely manner. Disputes arising from miscommunication or failure to deliver must be reported to our support team within 7 days of campaign end.
Influencers retain ownership of the content they create. However, by submitting content to a campaign, influencers grant the brand a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and share the content as outlined in the campaign agreement. Content cannot be altered or used in unrelated promotions without written permission from the influencer.
All payments for services rendered through the platform must be processed via our secure system. Influencers will receive compensation as per the agreed campaign terms, typically upon content approval or campaign completion. Late or missed payments by brands may result in penalties or restricted access. We reserve the right to withhold payments if any breach of terms is detected.
