If you haven’t seen my deeply intermittent stories . . . SURPRISE! I’m pregnant ???? baby boy B is coming end of August! Hitting the gym honestly should have been easier than I allowed from myself bc I’ve kind of had the perfect pregnancy. No morning sickness or nausea, I haven’t gained that much weight, and besides some exhaustion, I feel great overall! I’ve been lax with fitness (although I do work a service industry job on top of my travel job so that does keep me moving!) but I’m getting back into it (even if we are in the 3T now ????) Haven’t really been tracking this pregnancy, but I still have protein coffees/ prioritize protein, and honestly? With such little weight gain even without working out, I kind of overly relaxed on that aspect. Getting back on it now bc I owe it to bb to hit my protein / calcium/ micros! And I want to know a good baseline for where I’ve been after birth so I can help myself further. Definitely taking it easy in the gym, but want to maintain good movement patterns so that when I’m cleared I can start repairing my pelvic floor and core, and get back to my 400 pound hip thrusts! Honestly losing those was the only sad part about pregnancy. Any August moms or fit moms out there?! Savory chicken!! I used 340g of chicken, and I split it into 4 servings in the end. I feel like this is so good on its own, or in salads and pasta! It’s really versatile and also a good marinade for pork or steak as well ???? Let me know if you try it! Also I think this sauce may be discontinued bc I cannot find it anywhere now, but it’s like a sweet and smoky soy sauce that is so phenomenal. Took ~ 2 hours to prep these, but that included all the time filming, and I got 16 burritos out of it! Easily could double this recipe to prep for the month. This is flexible and can fit any needs really, but mine got me 16 @ 292 cals - 40C 10.7F 23P (only for prepped burritos not including the toppings seen at start of video). Can easily remove some rice and add more meat in there! Or do cauli rice instead inside of a larger tortilla (these were fajita sized) for a different balance of carbs and protein ???? I put 10 of these in the freezer, and I’ve found the easiest way is to just pull them out the night before and then microwave for 50-60s, and then top with your choice of toppings! So far my grocery haul has gotten me 20 meals and 25 snacks - because I made 23 of those peanut butter cups, and I’m marking things down as I go to see how far that $240 got me ???? These yummy and macro-friendly air-fried french fry nachose could easily be 2 meals or 3 snacks! Or one, or more - however your macros allow! High protein chili anyone? This is SO customizable and you can add really whatever you want! These were the veggies I needed to get rid of at the time, but for fall, I feel like butternut squash and kidney beans would be soooo good. My recipe: 1 lb 99/1 turkey 140g tomato paste 1 pack McCormick taco seasoning 1/2 cup black beans 1 cup zucchini raw 85g white onions 1t chili oil crunch 1 cup cherry tomatoes The ingredients I end up personally weighing to the gram, so your recipe macros may vary slightly from mine, but in the future I want to make it a little easier for people who don’t track macros necessarily to make the recipes since not everyone has a scale! I add shredded cheese and sour cream when eating this, and it’s amazing over rice or if you add in the street corn dip from target and just use it as a dip with tortilla chips. Hit 140x3 for back squats this week so have some room for growth but the hammys and glutes have always been dominant. Gonna tighten up the form, and just upped the cals so let’s see what a light lil reverse diet can do for us. This science needs to be studied ???? You can’t tell me this isn’t true.
