Hello to all the new folks who find themselves here. I’m Gina and I’m glad you’re here! I’m an Orthodox Christian wife and mom, and I live in middle Tennessee. I spend the majority of my time mothering and taking care of our family. I’m grateful to be able to work with my health & weight-loss clients from home. One of my greatest passions is helping women, especially moms, get healthy and strong, shed excess weight, and feel their very best. You can do it, no matter how busy or overwhelmed you are! I have a long background in health and fitness, and I know what it’s like to be 40-50 pounds overweight—and lose it all naturally and sustainably. I got my Bachelors degrees from Emory and my Masters from Harvard. I was a competitive classical pianist for most of my life. I need to get a piano and start playing regularly again. I have lived in Australia, Peru, Mexico, and several States. I grew up in South Georgia. I’m happy to be settled back in the South. If I had the time, I would train multiple hours a day ???? I genuinely love working out. But with the way my life is now, I only manage 30-45 min sessions a day. It’s a busy season that’s all about the kids. I believe strongly that there is a way for mothers to be selfless for their children without losing their sense of self. It’s okay to love being a mom and find meaning in the sacrifice—while also wrestling to maintain your own interests, dreams, and goals. I have strong opinions on a variety of social & political topics ???? and while I used to enjoy the bloodsport of arguing with people online, I try to avoid the toxic confrontations these days. I’m fairly private with my personal life but I’m happy to let you in on some precious moments. Join my women’s health group to see some more of what I do with my time. ????Comment the word MOMBOD for a free nutrition crash course. A gift from me to you! Thank you for being here and I look forward to 2025 with you ???? #postpartumhealth #healthymotherhood

Abortion is the hardest topic to tackle with people you love but disagree with. I used to avoid speaking about it online at all costs just to avoid the inevitable arguments, but I’ve become much more vocal about it since becoming a mom. It pains me to think about how successful the mainstream narrative has been. Many were programmed to believe false information about pregnancy and abortion (and even healthcare and abortion). We’ve been desensitized to the cruelty of abortion and its original eugenic use. We’ve been told by our broken culture that it’s virtuous to sacrifice our children for material success. Perhaps the saddest thing is that women have been convinced that the most self-destructing behavior is somehow the most empowering. They’ve been convinced to destroy their own lives, their own children, their own bodies—all in the name of empowerment and liberation. I am anti-abortion because I love women and children. I believe in empowering women to know their bodies, know their cycle, and take responsibility for themselves. I believe women were designed for pregnancy, birth, motherhood (doesn’t mean you’re any less of a woman if you aren’t a mother), and more, and we are capable of incredible things that don’t require sacrificing our children. I know there are a lot of women out there who are pro-abortion (“pro-choice”) by default. We’ve been told for so long that if you love women, you’re automatically “pro-choice.” And that’s that. But I know many women would change their position and join our fight if they just knew how devastating and brutal the abortion industry is and how it preys on vulnerable women who deserve support and love, not butchery and exploitation. Buckle up, my friends, because I will continue to speak out against abortion. Innocent human life is valuable and deserves the chance to live. I absolutely agree that many pregnant women need more resources and support, but the answer to that is not abortion. (That’s why conservative, religious individuals statistically donate the most time, money, energy to organizations that help mothers and families in need.) Feel free to DM me with questions. #antiabortion ????: @adrianoyb

I really do believe that becoming a mother makes you a better person in just about every way. I know not all women are called to be moms, and that’s okay, but I do think there are many women out there who would find a unique fulfillment from motherhood that can’t be matched anywhere else. Having a child instantly makes you less selfish. Today’s modern woman is wildly self-absorbed. Our culture is built around catering to her and her desires. Women are the main consumers of everything—entertainment, products, content, education. We are told from every angle that self-love and self-care is the answer to our deep unhappiness. If we just focused on ourselves more, if society would just change its unfair standards, we would finally be happy. So we keep digging into the bottomless, hungry pit of the self. It never ends. So we find ourselves more and more unhappy as the years go by. Motherhood leaves you with no choice but to shift the focus away from yourself and find purpose and meaning in something much greater. It RELIEVES you of the never-ending self-obsession. Motherhood makes you compassionate, intuitive, fearless, organized, focused, and sharper than ever. It makes you softer and more feminine. Motherhood places the world’s greatest responsibility in your lap—and meaningful responsibility/duty is a most fitting antidote to the self-obsessed culture that encourages us to get lost in ourselves. You might be utterly exhausted and suffering emotional whiplash from all the highs and lows, but answering the call of motherhood leaves you with a deep sense of fulfillment that makes it all worth it. The best part is, you know this fulfillment will never leave you. I truly do pray for the women out there who long to become a mother, just as I do for the women who are on the fence about whether they are ready or capable of becoming a mother. Trust me, you are. ????: @adrianoyb

????Comment PLASTIC to get the link to Plasdetox, which has all these natural ingredients plus more to help your body do what it’s designed to do! Use my code GINA10 for a discount. Microplastics are everywhere — and yes, they’re inside us too. They’re in our water, food, air, and even the dust in our homes. Studies have found microplastics in human blood, breast milk, and placenta — which means exposure is no longer optional. These tiny particles don’t just sit there; they can trigger inflammation, disrupt hormones, and burden your liver and gut — the body’s main detox organs. That’s why it’s so important to keep your natural detox pathways (liver, kidneys, lymph, gut, and skin) functioning properly and supported with the right nutrients. This is why I love using things like saccharomyces boulardi; it helps bind and eliminate microplastics and other modern toxins so your body can do what it’s designed to do: detox naturally. Your body already knows how to heal. It just needs a little help in today’s toxic world ???????? #Microplastics #Detox #LiverHealth #twcpartner

I could talk for hours about how the obsession with high intensity workouts (especially classes like Barry’s Bootcamp, Orangetheory, etc) is actually harming many women’s health rather than helping it. That’s why my fitness app focuses more on strength and mobility, with some reasonable conditioning sprinkled in there. Oh, and drinking a gallon of water a day?? Turns out I only felt like I needed that much water because I had low thyroid issues ???? never again! So many of the things we were told are “healthy” actually aren’t. I could go on and on ☺️ #healthymotherhood
